Bhadohi MLA Vijay Mishra arrested from Madhya Pradesh, action taken in case of possession of property
The accused, Gyanpur MLA from Bhadohi district, Vijay Mishra, was arrested on Friday for attempting to capture the relative's house and bequeath his property to his son.  On the request of SP Bhadohi, the SP of Agar district of Madhya Pradesh arrested the MLA.  The Bhadohi police team left for Madhya Pradesh to take the MLA in custody.

 Krishnamohan Tiwari, a relative of the MLA, resident of Dhanapur southern village of Gopiganj police station, had filed a case against MLA Vijay Mishra, wife MLC Ramlali Mishra and son Vishnu Mishra.  The police increased the pressure for arrest after the complainant's statement was recorded in the CJM court.
His arrest was confirmed by the police in Agar district of Madhya Pradesh on Friday.  According to Superintendent of Police Ram Badan Singh, SP Agar was requested to arrest the MLA.  He was taken into custody on Friday.  After this, a team of Bhadohi Police was dispatched to take the MLA in custody.

 73 cases are registered against MLA

 There are 73 criminal cases against the MLA.  On July 17, while starting the action of the Gunda Act, the police released a list of 71 cases filed against the legislator so far.  Thereafter two more prosecutions were filed in recent days.

 This brought the total number of lawsuits against the MLA to 73.  On the other hand, the MLA claimed to be acquitted in all the cases, saying that at present there are only 11 cases.  Among them, only one case related to the attack on Minister Nand Gopal Nandi by remote bomb is serious.
