The BSF has piled up five intruders trying to enter the Indian border in Punjab late on Friday night.  Drugs and weapons have been recovered from them in search.  All these border areas were trying to cross the border from the Indian Overseas Outpost (BOP) Dhal located on the India-Pakistan international border near Khalra.  They were warned by the Border Security Force but they did not stop.  After this, the security forces tried to stop them in which they piled up.
According to information received from the sources, the intruders were trying to enter the Indian border at night.  During this period, the BSF personnel of the 103rd Battalion posted in the BoP heard the footsteps of these intruders and told them to stop there, but they started running to cross the border.  The jawans then opened fire and sealed the entire area and launched a search operation. During the procession, three bodies were found lying near the barbed wire.  The bodies of the two intruders were found a short distance away.  They fell on each other.  A rifle was also recovered from an intruder killed.

According to the information received, the infiltrators are said to be couriers of Pakistan's international smugglers.  Bags recovered from them have been found to contain narcotics and some weapons.  As soon as the news was received, high officials of BSF reached the spot.  Pakistani border is very close to BoP Dhal.  It is learned that BSF is considering holding a flying meeting with the Pakistani Ranger on this matter.
